- Exclusive use of the Manor House throughout the duration of your stay (check in from 3pm, check out by 10am).
- The Knot Barn for use on your wedding day to seat up to 180 guests for dining, and up to 250 guests for your evening party.

- A delicious meal the night before your wedding, for residents only (up to 33) Wines and fizz to be ordered through Brinsop.

Some extra things you might need to know
For One Day Weddings
- Bank Holiday Mondays are priced at Sunday rates, with Sundays before bank holiday Mondays priced at Saturday rates.
- Dates between Christmas and New Year (27th,28th,29th,30th) are priced at Saturday Mid-Season rates. New Year’s Eve is priced as a Saturday in High-Season (additional catering fee’s apply).
- Additional z-beds available at a charge of £75 each per stay. Maximum occupancy overnight is 47 people including all children over the age of 2.
- Please note prices include VAT but exclude Catering and Bar charges.
- Payment terms: 25% deposit is due on booking. 50% is due 6 months prior to arrival date and then the remaining 25% is payable 6 weeks before arrival along with a £500 damages bond. Terms and conditions apply.
- Prices valid for bookings secured for any year. Valid for 28 days.
