OUR ETHOS

We only work with the very best local suppliers to ensure quality and taste supersede expectations.

We have a range of mouthwatering menus to choose from, all designed around the seasons so that we can get the very best out of the produce available to us at any given time of year. We can also create totally bespoke menus to suit your event if required.

HOW CATERING AT BRINSOP WORKS

We are very much guided by you to ensure that your vision comes to life and then we use our experience to guide you.

6-12 months before.

This is your window to come to a tasting, to help you decide which menu choices you will go for – so it’s a good idea to peruse the menu before this. Not all couples attend a tasting, but it can be useful if you are stuck between choices. Our tastings are chargeable, but this is a discounted rate to our normal menu prices. If you are wanting to put your menus on your invites, then this needs to be considered and a tasting/choices confirmed accordingly.

12-weeks before.

We like to meet with you 12 weeks before your wedding to go over a few things. This encompasses a meeting with a wedding coordinator to discuss anything and everything about your day; following on from this you will also have a meeting with a member of our catering team to start to finalise catering requirements and go over any questions you may have. This involves looking over menus and confirming choices, any dietary requirements we need to be aware of, final numbers and anything else our catering team may need to know.

6-weeks before your wedding.
