Our luxury yoga retreats are designed and delivered by professionals to create a unique, personalised and life changing experience. With diet as a core focus. Enjoy learning how yoga sessions and a controlled diet can transform your life. Trained therapists will provide two bespoke massages to further enhance your yoga experience.
Facilities, including our glamp site and woodland area are perfect for complete privacy and a true escape to nature and our purpose built Knot Barn with indoor and outdoor facilities are ideal for changeable weather. A variety of outdoor eating spaces allows you to fully embrace the outdoors. Brinsop Court includes 800 acres of stunning grounds surrounded by ancient woodlands, enabling guests to embark on meditation and self reflection walks and will inspire a journaling habit.
A gong bath and ritual lessons are also available during the retreat, and each participant receives personally designed goodies to ensure these new rituals become true habits.

LOCATIONS
GLAMPING ACCOMODATION
With 12 lotus belle tents on site, the convenience of having everything all in one place couldn’t be better! Our glamping tents are fully furnished, with Egyptian cotton bedding and four-post beds. There is also a fully functional wash hut on site, with piping hot showers and loos. Our glamping experience is the perfect combination of embracing in nature whilst still feeling refreshed. Our firepit circle is the perfect place to unwind, chat communally with your other retreaters and take part in stargazing.
THE KNOT BARN
A space that is perfect to be transformed into a space ideal for indoor Yoga sessions. The Knot Barn is also an ideal place for dining, inside or out. With a full sound system, projector and seating, the Knot Barn can be multi functional and is used when the weather is unpredictable. The wooden beams and wooden flooring is the perfect space for our Gong baths (if the Woodland area is out of use.)
WOODLAND GONG BATH LOCATION
Our Woodland area can be used for both Gong Baths and Yoga sessions. With the space for over 12 mats this is the perfect outdoor location for sessions that can include movement. The surrounding trees create a barrier of sound that vibrates through the ground and off the trunks themselves, this is an ideal space to incorporate nature and the traditional Gong baths. Another bonus to the Woodland is it’s completely secluded and private and is the perfect spot for some self reflection or journaling, with logs for seating. There is also the opportunity for tree bathing and personal meditation.
FOOD
Our specialised chef will tailor your dining experience to your dietary requirements as well as your questionnaire form that you complete at the start of the experience. The menu focuses on gut health and whole foods that are cooked fresh and almost immediately before serving. Our chef will also complete a cooking demonstration to teach our retreaters about the diet and how spices are used within the food you will be served. Up to six meals will be served during the duration of the three day package, with teas and home-made treats also. After the retreat is complete, you will have the opportunity to continue the lifestyle with our goody bags that are available to purchase. The aim is to feel revitalized and be a refreshed version of yourself.
